| Resumen: | El presente proyecto de investigación busca conocer y analizar las representaciones que los profesores construyen acerca de lo que significa "enseñar" y "aprender" en el nivel secundario haciendo referencia en particular a las experiencias de capacitación en y fuera de servicio, como así también a los sentidos que les asignan a sus prácticas a partir de la Formación Docente Continua. Más específicamente, el proyecto se propone explorar y comparar las representaciones acerca de los procesos de enseñanza y de aprendizaje entre docentes pertenecientes a distintas disciplinas que se desempeñan en escuelas secundarias que atienden a diferentes sectores socioculturales. El trabajo adoptará la forma de un estudio de tipo exploratorio dado el escaso conocimiento sobre el tema en cuestión. Las técnicas de investigación utilizadas para la construcción de la información serán las entrevistas a profesores y las observaciones de clases con el fin de conocer y comprender algunas nociones, ideas y prácticas (que se planifican de antemano y que a su vez se asientan en conceptos o nociones teóricas) que estructuran la actividad de enseñanza This investigation project in search to know and analyse the teacher's representations about Teaching and Learning in Secondary School Level. It refers particularly to the qualification experiences during and after their Teacher Service, as well as the sense that they give to their practices from the continuous teaching training. More specifically, the Project tends to explore and compare the Teaching and Learning process representations between Teachers from different areas who work in Secondary School and from different sociocultural backgrounds. This research is an exploratory study because the poor knowledge about this topic.
