Justicia, política y violencia: un análisis de los cuerpos normativos montoneros 1972-1975

| Resumen: | El presente artículo revisa dos cuerpos normativos que regulan la justicia revolucionaria, hacia adentro: las "Disposiciones sobre la Justicia Penal Revolucionaria" de 1972 como el "Código de Justicia Penal Revolucionario" de 1975 tiene claramente un carácter disciplinario y corporativo, analizar estos dos cuerpos normativos y compararlos es la estrategia que nos hemos dado porque nos permiten reflexionar acerca de esos vínculos, que nos parecen centrales, entre los contenidos culturales de la política y la violencia. Y también nos permite reflexionar acerca de los cambios y las continuidades en la organización Montoneros en su rápida trayectoria de surgimiento, crecimiento, burocratización y derrota, nuestra búsqueda apunta a tratar de entender que los procesos de militarización y burocratización agudizaron algunos rasgos que el proyecto político revolucionario tenía en germen desde sus inicios. This article reviews two bodies of law governing revolutionary justice, inward: the "Provisions on the Revolutionary Criminal Justice" in 1972 as the "Code of Criminal Justice Revolution" of 1975 clearly has a disciplinary and corporate analyze these two bodies regulatory and compare is the strategy we have come because they allow us to reflect on those links, which seem central, between the cultural content of politics and violence.
